ScoreAssist ("the Service") is operated by IE Ihor Reutskyi, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (reg. code 345758708, certificate no. C56572), Shartava str. 7, Batumi 6004, Georgia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

ScoreAssist provides AI-generated sports match analysis and predictions for entertainment purposes only. All predictions, insights, and content provided through the Service are: • Generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional sports analysis • For entertainment purposes only – NOT financial advice, betting advice, or investment advice • Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable • Subject to change without notice The Service does not endorse, facilitate, or encourage any form of gambling or wagering.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Engage in any unlawful activity or encourage others to do so • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service • Copy content from the Service with automated tools at a rate that burdens it, or ignore our robots.txt. Your display name and profile photo are the only content you add to the Service. They must not be illegal, infringe anyone's rights, impersonate someone, or be offensive or sexual. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any predictions or content AI-generated predictions are text written by a language model from publicly available match data. They are not forecasts or odds, and should never be used as the sole basis for any financial or betting decision.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IE IHOR REUTSKYI, THE OPERATOR OF SCOREASSIST, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service • Losses arising from decisions made based on content from the Service • Any gambling or betting losses The Service is free, so our liability to you is limited as far as the law allows. This does not limit our liability for harm we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that consumer law does not allow us to limit.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Security. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these Terms seriously or repeatedly, or that is used for fraud or abuse. If we schedule an account for deletion, you get 30 days' notice by email; signing in, or the cancel link in that email, stops the deletion. These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia, where the operator is registered. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you more protection, that protection still applies to you.
